Company Value Card Terms and Conditions

The MERRYPAK COMPANY VALUE CARD will be issued on completion of the Application Form and remains the property of MERRY PAK & PRINT PACKAGING WAREHOUSE who reserve the right to decline, issue and withdraw the card at any time or to terminate the card system without notice. The MERRYPAK COMPANY VALUE CARD must be presented at the till point at the time of the purchase so that the Barcode can be scanned. Purchases cannot be allocated retrospectively. Lost Cards will be replaced on completion of a new Application Form and on presentation of positive identification. Any "STARS" accrued on the lost card will be added to the replacement card. A business card, letterhead or other Company Identification must be shown with application. Only the card holder’s authorised representative may present the MERRYPAK COMPANY VALUE CARD. Value Card benefits are only calculated on purchases made in the Packaging Warehouse.
