We have a team of 230 staff who fulfill a wide range of functions at Merrypak. We try to develop our staff and look out for people with a little spark who might be able to move onwards and upwards. Most of our senior staff started off on the factory floor including all of our admin staff, accounts office staff and even our managers. We are also passionate about inclusion so we have staff with physical and intellectual disabilities in most departments.
