March was intellectual disability awareness month so we took the opportunity to introduce you to some of our staff. We wanted you to meet the people behind the disability. These amazing young people have the same dreams as we have – to be loved, accepted, productive and successful. They belong in our schools, communities and in the workplace.

Business owners, my appeal to you is to see how you can include workers like ours in your business. They are the most dedicated and hard working staff you will ever have.

To our customers, a reminder that a little acknowledgement goes a long way. Take the time to get to know them – introduce your kids to them. We all benefit from an inclusive society where difference is not ignored but celebrated.
