It’s nothing new that Merrypak is proudly INCLUSIVE. We believe that our work place should mirror an ideal world where people with varying abilities and from different backgrounds co-exist happily. On Tuesday we invited the family of some of our staff plus a cross section of people involved in disability, welfare and education, to see what the ‘other’ behind-the-scenes Merrypak is all about. They toured our factory in groups, led by some of our key staff and then had an opportunity to network over some good food.
