Thanks for your patience while our website slowly evolves. The site is more than half way to being completed, which is a huge relief.

Our challenge has come in making sure we handle the orders that have come flooding in through the  site. The main stumbling block has been transport charges particularly linked to the postal strike. Small orders for delivery out of Cape Town are prohibitively expensive to send at the moment.

The procedure we follow after your order has been placed involves checking stock availability, picking and packing the order and then calculating the delivery costs. Only then, can the Sales Order be sent to you for approval. On receipt of your go-ahead, the invoice is generated. Only once that has been paid, does the order leave. Some customers have found it very frustrating as the orders seem to get stuck in the system.
