Option 1:
Collect your order from our Customer Services Counter at 45 Morningside Road Ndabeni. Please bring your proof of payment with you.
Option 2:
Send your courier to collect from our Dispatch Counter at 45 Morningside Road Ndabeni. Please make sure proof of payment has been sent to us before sending your courier.
Option 3:
CAPE TOWN DELIVERIES
Our drivers deliver in Cape Town and surrounding areas within a 30km radius of our premises in Ndabeni. FREE delivery is offered on orders to the value of R1000 including VAT or more. Our drivers deliver to certain areas on specific days.
Please check with our Sales Office admin2@merrypak.co.za when we are coming to your area. For special deliveries on any other day, a charge of R200.00 (including VAT) will be charged.
Orders UNDER the value of R1000 including VAT incur a delivery charge of R135.00 (including VAT) on scheduled days and R200.00 (including VAT) on any other day.
Option 4:
Your order can be dispatched by courier. Courier on small parcels inside South Africa will be charged at R135.00. We reserve the right to use the most economical courier option. Urgent orders which need to be delivered in the fastest possible time will require the courier charge to be calculated. Courier costs for orders to be delivered outside South Africa are subject to quotation. Bulky consignments and deliveries to outlying areas may incur a surcharge.
Please note:
- Transport charges for returns (with the exception of faulty goods) are at the customer’s expense.
- Please note – only once your payment appears in our bank account, will your order be available for collection or delivery. (If for any reason, you do not pay the required amount within 5 days of invoicing, the goods will be returned to stock.)
